I had troubles with wanadoo in the past. Now I am with BT Yahoo and have no more problems

Wanadoo customer support are worse than crap having just phoned them they have told me again that I cannot have another MAC until the 30 days are over even when I mentioned ofcom the woman said "we cannot generate another MAC it is BT who generate them" the tone of her voice changed when she said it so I suspect she knew she was lying but was just doing as she has been told to do.
