Just found this great forum. I have had by the looks of it the famous "PPP Server Down" for the last 7 weeks (I have been away for 3 of them though) and today I finally managed to cancel my contract with "them" and managed to get a refund.
I have been hung up on, told different information from two different teams, sworn at and basically lied to everytime I have tried to get the issue fixed.
Anyway I just want to wish anyone who is still stuck with these useless so and so's all the best.

Unfortunately despite my best efforts I am still stuck with the lying lowlife scumbags. I have a complaint going on with the ISPA but they don't seem too bothered about that either.
I for one will never, ever again have anything to do with Orange.
