Called 'them' today - had my standard rant - got told "we are working on this now" - again - It's so hard not to get angry with them
Call has been escalted and red flagged = again..
I'm less than 500 yards from the exchange - maybe I should collar some BT engineers in there to sort out the Wanadoo LLU.
At least my calls provide entertainment to the people who work around me.
Any recommended ISPs? I've never had a problem in all the years of Freeserve\Wanadoo - I've even recommended them to friends and family- time to recommend them to leave.

Indeed it is extremely difficult not to "let off steam" with the agent you are talking to... However, please do your best to not say anything that the agent could infer as a personal attack...
I have posted thi selsewhere here on the website, but I do have some sympathy for the agents as they are only doing what they are told. They really have very little control over things.
Tell them what you think about Wanadoo (without swearing!).
Tell them you are frustrated.
Ask them whether they have heard of WanadooProblems.co.uk
Log all of your calls. Take names and extension numbers of everyone you speak to. Take details of what you have been told is the story so far... You will need these details if your issue continues for a length of unreasonable time...
Also, don't be ofended if an agent refuses to give you their surname, they are legally allowed to withold that, however they will usually give you their first name and extension...
