I am very annoyed now, why are Orange so difficult to deal with???
I have just been told by Jemma, a supervisor in the customer services dept, that they will not refund the money I have paid to them and also, I have to continue pay them for a service that I am not getting. If I cancel the direct debit, I won't be able to get broadband support and the issue won't be fixed. I will have to wait until the problem has been fixed before they can compensate me.
This is so wrong, I feel very peed off now because they can still take my money and they don't give a damn about fixing the issue with broadband.
Don't let them hold you like that spidergirl.
Simply ring up and cancel your broadband aswell as your direct debit so they cannot steal from you any longer.
Once you have cancelled it will take 10 days to clear your line and then you will be free of this lying, robbing, incompetent disgrace.
This is what I did as I got sick of their lies and excuses.
I waited for a MAC code which never came either.
