My (free) broadband was due to be live about 5 weeks ago and it still isn't and I'd love some advice on what to do.
Everything has been tested and there is a fault on my line which means that the @ light on Livebox still flashing too fast, and no connection.
Orange just repeat that there is a fault on the line but they have no idea when it will get fixed and they cannot/ will not contact the actual people who do the work on your line for them!! So idiotic.
So, my options are:
a) cancel it (don't think I'll need a MAC as never been connected - Orange confirmed this but hey they've told me rubbish before)
b) persevere
Does anyone have any idea whether if there's a line fault, your next bb provider might have problems too?
