I had Orange broadband and since i had it i had nothing but problems. Right from the very beginning i told them it was the livebox that wasnt working, but they have to go through so many different things over and over again, oh and the next time you call them you have to go through the same things again. They said my telephone exchange was 8mb enabled, but i only got 1.1mb, i have spent an absolute fortune on calls to them.
Anyway you all know the many problems they have.
I was only with them for Three months and i managed to get out of the contract (but you have to insist for weeks!!!) and they agreed to refund my money and pay me for the calls......however i have yet to receive any money off them.
So i was waiting for the internet to cut off.......still waiting..... phoned them up again and they said my account was still active but i told them you sent me a letter saying sorry your leaving and the bags to send their rubbish back to them. they caut it off right from then.
Now to the better news. I got Sky broadband. The router arrived early, no installation problems, got it working wirelessly as well, waited a few days for the line to activate. activated early, and guess what....
