I have been having problems with Orange and have decided to migrate to a new ISP. I have requested for a MAC code and would like to know how long it normally takes to receive it. As I have asked for it to be sent by email.

The norm is 48 hrs some ISP's give them within an hour Orange is another story im afraid hope you get it soon.
