Tried 3 times to ring this morning (my daily call to them to see if they have got anyone to do the line test. Ie. for them to actually acknowledge I have a fault).
Each time go through the press this, press that button. Then when you usually get to the on hold button that you get onto for 15mins it just goes straight to engaged.
Can anyone tell me how I can get another provider as I can't get out from Orange as they want the remaining 5 months payments of my 12 month contract and £30 for early cancellation. So my line is still locked to them untill they release it = in other words held to ransom. I just want a broadband service. We don't have cable down our road otherwise I'd go for Telewest as had them at my old house and was fine.
