back in december wanadoo just stopped takign payments from my account. i was then disconnected cause they weren't taking payments. so i had to ring up and get it connected again, they informed me that they had no direct debit details for me. and now they still have not taken any payments since i believe january so again i rang up and was informed that they have no details for taking direct debit from me.
all i can say is that i can't wait untill may when i can finally leave this very badly run company and get a better broadband connection.
I had the opposite - they suddenly started taking double payments every month - after many phone calls it got resolved - only to start again 2 months later!!! It has been ok for the past few month, fingers crossed!
