I have also checked the router settings using the normal set up and they are identicle.
I cannot do a new BT test because you have to wait one hour between tests.

to keep you up to date I had an email from customer support saying that the problem would be fixed by the 6-07-11 but it was not.
I rang Orange again and eventually got to speak to a supervisor who stated that the speed would be fixed in 48 hours.
The speed is still the same.
I have e-mailed Orange again today as it is pointless ringing technical support because they ask you to do the same tests and ask the same questions and you get nowhere.
Does anyone know if you can Email someone at Orange that will sort out this problem?
