I would still be concerned about the SNRM because it looks like the Target SNR has been set at 15dB, probably because of the recent noise incidents.
I would be tempted to ask if the Target SNR could be reduced to 12dB and monitor the data at that setting for a few days.....say a week......but that's up to you
