UNABLE TO ACCESS WEB PAGES
FIRST just check that Norton Security or a similar product is not the cause of the problem.
USB Speedtouch 330 Modem syncs up OK and both lights are solid green, you can log on OK but cannot access many websites and in some cases (eg hotmail) they cannot send/receive emails from a local client using pop3 and smtp.
to Internet protocol pppoe - however this is not the setting as advised by Orange. To change the MTU needs some skill so changing this internet protocol may be the easiest change to make.
It is advisable to make a note of any settings that you change for future reference.
I'm using a Belkin F5D7633UK4A and I don't see MTU.
You said you tried changing the MTU and it made no difference. Did you change using http://192.168.2.1 ?
If not download DR TCP from this site's MTU Settings link and change your RWIN to a figure between 19469 and 50040, suggest you start with 50040.
Although I'm not 100% sure, I think your problem is related to MTU/RWIN settings. Your original post is on 2Mb connection forum, are you actually on a 2Mb connection ?
Also, think about this for when you're sorted, should you be with Orange if you're running a business...this time of the year is important for a wedding photographer !!!
i did ask for a upgrade but it was not available in this area when i asked.
This is the first time i have had a major problem and joined when it was Freeserve, one other quick question if i cancel Orange will i lose access to my Emails or will i still be able to access them.

Doesn't mean you were not upgraded later without your knowledge...it happened to me back in November 2006.
If you use Outlook, Outlook Express, Googlemail, Hotmail then no. If you use only Orange webmail then yes, export them to one of the above asap.

That looks like a fixed 1Mb line to me. If you are using the phone number on your site then:
Exchange WORLE
Your exchange is ADSL enabled, and our initial test on your line indicates that your line should be able to have an ADSL broadband service that provides a line rate up to 2Mbps.
Our test also indicates that your line should be able to support a potential ADSL Max broadband line rate of 2Mbps or greater.
I would first turn everything off, turn router on first then computer.
If no luck hard reset router and change the MTU/RWIN on computer to 1430/27800.
I have been on the phone to Orange again, who said that they are aware that some people were having a problem like mine went through all the settings again then asked them for a line test which they said could not be done through the Belkin router i said that the last Orange person i spoke to said it could, finally they agreed to do a line test and i have to ring back in 24 hrs to find out the result.
I have informed them if it not sorted by then i will be moving to another provider
