have tried emails etc and all i get is generic reply - given up on bloody bangalore crap help desk (sic) for getting MAC code - what mediums are people using to get MAC code please?
i can't stand any more of this, it's so badly impacting my business i am furious with Orange - going out for a ride in the sun to calm down as no doubt my broadband will be down again soon.
also, i assume i can carry on using this crap service such as it is right up until when - say - BT are ready for me? i would just then need to re-set up my belkin router with MAC code for BT and so get a seamless hand over i hope?!?!?!

One thing i've found though, is that if you request to be put through to escalations they can actually request your code on it's own rather than being put through as part of a batch.
This batch ordering resulted in them losing my request, but when done on it's own it was with me in less than 24 hours

i'm after a MAC code as well.
"PPP Login" error since saturday last. no internet at all, even though my line is active - which infers a screw up either with LLUing or my wanadoo account hasnt been transferred to their Radius servers.

There's no direct number for them, you have to be transferred through. I'd expect they'd be unlikely to do this unless you've had problems requesting a MAC through the normal process.

I phoned the normal number, that i'm sure like many people i have memorised now and just asked to be put through.
If you're getting a connection but no ppp server, sounds like an interleaving fault in your network or it simply hasn't been turned on
Ok, so tonight is meant to be my last night with this poxy service before it gets migrated elsewhere. I've finally got a connection today, been trying all sorts since 7am with no luck, so i thought i'd run a speed test to see what the result were
Not pretty I'm sure you'll agree, I'll post one off the new provider tommorow once it's live.
BTW, not sure why my isp is showing as Cable and Wireless, we don't have cable round here lol Also noticed that some of the images being shown on profiles here are telling me i'm on with Energis?? How bizare, just checked all my settings and they haven't been touched yet so i know i'm still with Orange
