Agree with above - get out NOW - Orange fob you off for months ie line tests etc etc etc then they blame BT Broadband services etc, etc etc. I stopped my direct debits to both Orange & BT and went to NTL cable.
do you guys know theres no training for the technical support people? they learn as they go. and if they take to long on calls they get sacked. thats why u hear line test 48 hours blah blah blah all the time. how do i know? im one of them
