Ah, so why are they always complaining and moaning? Because they are not getting their problems resolved, not getting the service they are paying for, and generally being used as tennis balls to be wacked around the inner confines of Orange.
Fix the problems, provide the customers with the service they are paying for and the moaning will stop. Simple equation:
Good service = Minimal Customer Complaints = Drastic Reduction in Moaning Customers.
Customers do not Complain or Moan for the sake of it and when they are shouting down the phone it is normalally because the agents are not doing their job.
lmfao, if Orange werent such a huge pile of s**t and knew what the f**** they were talkin gabout and sorted out problems andactually had english speaking support, then people wouldnt complain.

I think the point he was trying to make was that a lot of companies have issues the same as Orange however i think he screwed himself by typing it in a manner which dipicted all Orange customers as idiots.

Exactly right but heres the problem. We're not with any other company, we're with Orange. I know I'm not bothered by the others. I pay Orange my money and expect a certain level of service. What you say about companys having same issues is correct but they should all be striving to be ahead of each other. Instead they seem to have pitched themselves somewhere below the sh*t line.
So then, your basically saying your quite happy to let companies rip you off and go back on their word? You sound a proper mug. The service i've got is pretty reliable but i'm pi**ed off that i'm still only on the2mb service when we was told we'd automatically get upgraded to 8mb when our exchange could support it. This was done over 9 months ago now. yet they've gone back on their word saying they only upgrade if you apply for another 12 months. My sister's getting billed for boradband even though she has a 30 quid a month phone contract and they are saying she's not entitled to it, maybe i'm absorbing everyone's elses frustration but i find it incredible how they can operate in such a p**s poor manner.

It's astonishing Orange are allowed to get away with stealing, lying and not caring about its customers while they take money off them.
I moved from Orange after 2 weeks of disconnections & lies.
If people don't join them and leave for a real company eventually they would have no customers and either go bust or fix their ways.
Unfortunately people will moan before they act in many cases so this will never happen.
NO offence to anyone who comes on here to moan, I did when I was with them.
My point is to leave them ASAP if you're out of contract and not them them rob you any further.
orange is as useless. tech dont get trained they pick it up as they go from call to call. thats a fact been there done it myself. but eventually they do learn wat to do after months i might add but the main problem for the long waiting times is customers ringing up saying there internet isnt working because of Orange when the its actually the set up or computer. now if a tech agent tells a customer its the computer or setup they will not accept it. tell them there @ light is flashing possibly because the filter needs changeing. wooooooow its armageddon. they just assume there Orange have cut them off. if the equipments faulty or Orange have cut ur service then thats there fault. but line issues customers equipment isnt there problem. there should be more that can be done from a tech agents end if there is a line issue but truth is all a tech agent can do is go through ur set make sure it working make sure ur accounts active then by process of elimination it has to be a line issue all they can do is will out a form on the system and pass it to BT. if u get a line test done and u call back and ur told its awaiting update its BT's arse that wants kickin. oh and indian call center if u get through good look it is useless. if u want to know anything about wat happes when u call leave a reply i can tell exactly wat happens. its not pretty to be honest. Yes that's right but I think it's important to give a little support now and then to those still left fighting the issues. If not then you are displaying the same selfish "I'm alright Jack" attitude as the company you've just left behind!
Some companies are ruthless; absolutely ruthless and the only way to deal with them is to fight fire with fire and use a totaly merciless attitude with them if they're refusing to play fair.

That sounds about right. There's no point getting annoyed with Orange if it's a line problem. The fault is sent off and engineers, be it BT or LLU, address it as and when they feel like it.
No amount of calls to customer services will speed that up. I'm not saying you shouldn't call to chase the fault anyway, as sometimes they're mysteriously closed at the request of the supplier for no apparent reason without the issue being resolved.
And if you're being charged for a service you aren't receiving - don't. Just ask for a refund.
