Anyone thinking of signing to Orange then dont!!!!!!!
After 4 weeks of PPP server down and 600mins of talktime with so-called technical advisers my broadband is still down!
I then decided to cancel my contract as many thousnads have to find out 2 weeks later they hadnt cancelled meaning another 30days of no internet.
When the finally 30days are over there will tell you that there is a further 10 days to clear the line!!
So basically its two months with no internet!
They are the most un-proffesional customer help i have experienced and when they keep you on the line for a minimum of 40mins they will transfer you to there senior technical adviser(a indian call centre)
He will then put you only a imaginary priorty list and tell you the problem will be sorted out in 72hours.
Ring back up 3 days later and you go through the exact smae process!
Its like Groundhog day all over agin!
In my opinion they are thieves and should be checked out by the trading standards!
Also dont bother contacting ispa as there just as bad!
So two months of no internet for someone who works from home!
Thanks Orange you are a bunch of complete w******* and i hope one day you will go bust!
I've already scared 3 people off. Useless "tech support", faceless, robotic customer diservice.
3 Months and still no Talk, the same stock answers as everyone else.
