I've not had any problems with the service with Tesco BB as such, but getting them to provide the service I want is difficult.
The helpdesk is manned by ppl who prefer to think of everyone as idiots and whenever they come accross a user that has more knowlege they go all quiet.
I requesed a speed increase , that was five months in appearing and everyone was blamed including MS Exchange Server?, Firefox and Apple for my problems. Of course they weren't Tesco AKA NTL's problems.
Eventually though, I got my speed upgrade and am relatively happy aside from the expected slowdown (around 300-400k from 1mb) between the hours of 5 and 8.
