Im doing this to let you all now how Orange works...to start with i work for Orange BB...at a guess you are all having problems with your line speed upgraded to 8Mb because you will have been migrated to our LLU network...now from my point of view this is a crap network...we have launched it and it is not very good...we would be better leaving our cmr's on IPstream run by BT which does work... *edit by admin*

Upgraded From IPstream Max with speed around 6 to LLU best speed so far 2.7.
Excellent, at last someone from the horses mouth confirming what I've been saying about Oranges LLU network, is there any plans to actually upgrade the exchanges with suitable equipment? If so when is this likely to take place, I'm F**king damned if I have to stay on half a meg for the next 11 months...Might be interesting just how much money Orange are saving using the LLU network, with respect to ADSLMAX...

I have been "offline" now for over 3 weeks and the lies and decite told to me by Orange support staff is and absolute disgrace the promises of yes someone from our "technical support" will call you back has happened 5 times now they are pathetic and geting migration codes well I feel trapped......... so I rang OFCOM and they gave me some very useful advice if Orange refuse to give the codes out it is a criminal offence and as of 14th february 2007 new legislation comes in to power to make ISP.s more accountable of the way they treat ther customers lock the buggers up I say.............has anyone had there problems resolved by Orange?
My only problem with the8meg upgrade, is the fact That we haven't had one, nor any mention of one, despite being told quite clearly when we signed up with wanadoo that soon as our line could support 8meg we'd automatically be upgraded. I emailed Orange about this and they're reply was that only if you applied for it via the members centre would you get it, ie. if you sign up for another 12 months of bullsh@t! I said to them quite clearly so this means you are going back on your word? I got no reply. I think if Orange can't provide us with an upto 8meg service and only an upto 2meg (which lately seems more like one!) then why should we pay the same as 8meg customers? Still only a month left of poor service, then they can f@@k right off the- the waste of space pr@cks!
