The background:
I changed our package from the old 17.99/mo to the new 17.99/mo (comes with talk)
Unfortunatly all wanadoo did was send out a phone adaptor, no instructions, nothing!
Phoned them up and intially was instructed to go into the members panel and agree to terms where they would charge £4/mo for the free service! When I explained that I was not an idiot and would not be clicking it the cust service person did something and now it works
Moral of the story, don't take their first answer. Ever.
