I like this vid. Our disk wouldnt install the damn thing, then we had to call the 'help' line and we were on hold for about 15-20 mins, then the guy we got through to said nothing for about 10 mins (bearing in mind the call costs 7p/min) and then when he did speak, he had a heavy accent, had no idea what to say, had no idea what we were saying (and vice versa) and decided that the best way to help us was to read straight from a help file or something on his pc. That's what I call customer service!!

Anyone else have to speak to someone who doesn't have a british accent? If so, I can safely say - UK CALL CENTRES PLEASE!
