Difficult to be accurate at this stage. Your line stats are very much in line with mine before I upgraded. You have slight higher SNR and slightly lower attenuation. I am getting IP Profile of 7.15M and download speeds of about 5.5M to just over 6M but this can be greatly affected by how bust internet is at any given time. Heres my line stats after upgrade.

Well with those stats you "should" get pretty close, if not the maximum speed from ADSL Max. Although you can't be sure until you actually get upgraded and see what happens.
If possible you might want to try and make sure your modem/router is off when the upgrade goes through to avoid the data profile getting stuck for the 10 day training period if it happens to sync to the maximum speed.
