BUT I DON'T WANT TO SPEAK TO THEM I want to speak to someone who can give me a resolution to my/Orange's problems in a timely/efficient manner by CALLING ME. There are a few good eggs in the barrel but I guess they are too far down the Orange food chain to make a difference. If the CEO won't accept responsiblity for Customer Service then allocate a personal complaint manager with a direct email/tel no whom we can contact

Ive had 12mnths of problems with Orange disconecting every 30 mins constant ringing up, getting different exuses from stupid operatives who cant even speak english properly, patronisation deceitful lies any way i am now in the process of moving to another ISP and if they are capable of sorting this out then you will be hearing more about it from me, singing there praise, but all i can say is if you are thinking of changing ISPs dont hang about with Orange like ive done hoping it will get better cos it won't cut your losses and run, they are robbers, without any consience, even DICK TURPIN had the decencey to wear a mask this lot at Orange don,t as far as im concerned Orange shold be renamed LEMONS

You really must be more reasonable with your new year resolutions. Theres no point in asking Orange to do the impossible. Phoning Orange is akin to phoning the Royal Institute for the Deaf.
