to read this website a bit, listen to their customers who call/email them, acknowleadge to its customers that there are indeed problems with connections, and fix the problems?
Are they employing like 1 engineer in the whole UK?
I have been reporting problems in Epsom area (anyone else?) for a long time now, others must have too, why do not they simply send a guy to check the box/wiring whatever? They must know that due to LLU connections are dropping off all over the place.
If my account details at the website say 1mb connection, why do I see 2.5 on my pc? 2.5 is rubbish if they can't support it. can they give 1mb instead ie drop the speed if indeed too much speed/bandwidth is causing disconnections?
It is a simple business, it is not rocket science. other ISP's and especially other countries can do it, why can't Orange?
