They may be institutionally incompetent and arrogant and I hate them deeply for all the grief they have caused me but I don't really think they are maliciously dishonest. Does anyone really think they are?

Of course it isnt intentional but its definately incompetence lets face it if you stopped your payments while you are with them they would be on to you in a few days.
