I posted the above comment due to an email we receieved from an Orange customer...

I tried what you said and the Orange website still states they are correct. I am unsure as to your comments with regards pop.orange.co.uk or pop.orangehome.co.uk. Regardless of that, I tried entering those details but to no avail.
Can you possibly help? Orange have been absolutely useless on all fronts. Their mobile service sucks too. I was started with Orange when they were just a pip back in the early 90's and they were top notch. Now after the Germans and French bought them out they are bloody hopeless.
Please help, I really despair...

I have had the same problem consistently since December 16th.......ironically exactly since they updated the livebox. Nothing has changed on my computer so I know the problem is their end.
Although it is a consistent fault.....its actually intermittent. I find its worse in the evening where about 90% of attempts to access emails fail. During the day its about 50%.
Does anyone know if Orange are aware of this problem and are attempting to resolve it?
