As an ex Orange employee in the broadband team after the take over i should have known better then to take the service. However, i did take the mobile phone plan with the unlimited broadband for ane xtra £10 per month. Ive never had so many problems in all my life!!! The wireless and talk service is still not registered after a month (ive been told to wait another 7 weeks!!!).
I have been limited to a 2meg service even tho my exchange and line can support 8meg as Orange say they dont support the ADSL Max service yet and even though i should be getting 2meg the latest speed tests show 210kbps. Less than an eighth of the speed i should be getting - and what was Oranges response?? To wait upto 6 months for ADSL Max to be introduced. They didnt seem concerned that i havent been able to even connect to the broadband for the last 5 days. I got the same response of "wait up to 6 months" for the problem to be rectified. Orange are blaming my BT line for the speed and connection problem although ive had ADSL Broadband with Three other providers and didnt have any problems with any of them!!!
Literally nothing i can do as every operator i speak to just says nothing they can do!!! Any advice?
