yep! livebox comes with a 12 month contract, so unless you plan to stay with Orange(god help you!!!!)
...they tried that one with me when they cut off....sorry... 'upgraded' my connection, as this would 'fix it' .
Needless to say it didn't as the connection has been physically cut somewhere.
I told them to stuff it, I suggest you do the same. The Livebox is just a router (hardwired for Orange), and not a very good one either
In my case, the change to Livebox does seem to have fixed it. Since I connected the box at the weekend, the line hasn't gone down once in many hours of usage.
So I am bound to say that Orange's final response to my complaints, though sorely belated, has proved satisfactory.
Sorry if that pisses people off - but one must speak as one finds.
I hope others have similarly good outcomes to their Orange-squeezing.
