this is probably a very stupid question. I am replacing computer (finally!); therefore do I need an 'Orange' installation disc as well as 'Livebox'. Being customers since freeserve days, wanadoo changed automatically to Orange - no longer have wanadoo disk.
Also, will older livebox software install on Windows 7?
Have already emailed customer support, who to their credit have answered with detailed instructions for installation of Livebox, but have ignored first part of question!
no idea really - just trying to find solutions to problems in advance - don't want more hassle than necessary setting new stuff up - only me with no help (cue weeping!) to sort it all out!!
sorry, not trying to be pathetic - it' sometimes diffiuclt with no knowledgable person accessible to ask!
