Hello, got sucked into Orange I am hoping a year ago now (had to sign 1 year contract )
Basically I want to leave, sick of the colour Orange now nevermind the company.
Worst speed ever, unwilling staff to fix it, To be honest just want out and move to BT.
Please advise on how I would go about this as I believe i've had the contract for like 8 months now and I feel I really shouldnt have to pay to get out such an attrocious service.
Unfortunately a contract is just that and unless 0range have failed to provide a connection for 30 consecutive days then they have almost certainly "fulfilled" their side of it.
Nowhere in that contract does it state that the connection must be near what you expect but it does say that if there is no connection whatsoever then the ISP is in breach of contract.
4 months fees is not a lot if you really need to get away to a better ISP but I would re-think BT unless it's their Infinity package.
If you can't get a LLU connection then consider PlusNet, Xilo, AAISP, ZEN, IDNet or FAST.

Which would you suggest? I only want new broadband so I can actually play online games such as Call of duty, sick of spending money on games only to be letdown by Orange. I wish my exchange would be upgraded to LLU, its ridiculous to be honest, is there anyway I can help speed up this process? Like a petition or something? A few of my neighbours are interested aswell.
