We currently have a MAC desktop and my work laptop which connect via wi-fi to the Livebox. These were set up my IT-literate No. 2 son, who is working abroad. No. 3 son has just bought a laptop which runs Vista Home. It recognises a strong signal from the Livebox, but when we enter the code and tell it to connect, we immediately get an error message saying it cannot complete the connection. The LB has two little buttons on the side, a '1' and a '2'. Help, please!
