So last night I was downloading, I go downstairs to get a drink and when I return my internet has turned off. I thought at first it was just my laptop because it has done that before. I turned my computer on and noticed that also lost internet connection.
I went into the confiduration.adsl and it said that I was connected to the internet, my livebox has the 2 solid lights.
I turned the router on and off, disconected from the config.adsl screen, disabled and re-enabled my wifi cards and I'm now out of ideas.
Has anyone got any info on this situation before I have to phone them and deal with whatever they decideto plague me with this time?

I am also experiencing the same issue.
I recently spoke to several different support representatives on the phone and they said the service should be up within the next 24 hours but could not promise anything.
