I got my speedtouch 330 modem but i had forgot my password i chose. So i
rang up Orange customer service. I asked them for my password and they told me i was not the account holder. I confirmed my address post code e-mail bank detials and sort code phone number and they still did not belive me. They would not let me speak to a manager or anyone higher. I asked to cancel the account as i had got very un-happy now. The person would not cancel my account despite providing the bank details. The rep then hung up. I rang back and got my password straight away after when i rang back.
I was getting my freinds son to set the account up as i dont know anything about it and they man on the phone said to me i must be stupid letting little kids set my computer up i found this very insultive.
