hi,internet is back up again with fast speeds. For some reason, i can't access the speed tester as it is not recognising mmy phone number but it has done in the past so i will try again later.
what i will poste, is the information from my router and then i will poste on here when the connection speed drops within the next few weeks and then you could compare the results.
Modem Status Connected
DownStream Connection Speed 1600 kbps
UpStream Connection Speed 448 kbps
the upstream allways remains 448 Kb/s regardless of the downstream connection speed.
if the BT speed tester starts to work, I will poste the results.

As regards the stats, can you post the SNRM and the Attenuation data and if possible all the error rates. Do this when you post back with BT speedtester results.
