You're lucky mate. Mine is still goosed. On the up side, at least I got a text acknowledging that there was in fact a problem and they were working on it, and when I tried to access the Orange.net email through the website it didn't time out with a connection problem, it took me to an Orange web page informing me that there was a problem.
I suppose I should be happy that they seem to be working on things, but it is still a huge pain in the backside!!
Yes - we had another window to capture emails received before the breakdown last Wednesday - but no others to see, and it's npw closed again - due to maintenance the message says.
I've been having the same problem but am pleased to say that this has finally been fixed this morning.
Can't beleive it's taken nearly 10 days to fix and think Orange need to sort out their technical support team. The worst part of this is that I don't know what I'm missing from the past 10 days as anything that was sent to me has just bounced back. I don't use this for business but I can imagine that this will cause big problems for anyone that does (lost orders etc).
Lets hope Orange learn from this and do better next time!
Don't seem to have any emails for the week it was down (even though I know I have been sent plenty - I would have thought these would have been at least queued on a mailhub?) but it's back and I guess I should be thankful for small mercies!
