I was just checking the emails via webmail (some of my emails are sent straight into folders rather thatn downloading to OE), when we lost the Orange broadband connection for five minutes and now the broadband is back but the webmail page is all rubbish again.
Can't get into the folders again. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Pleased some of you have it back, mine is still dead, log in and just an empty page with undefined and some numbers, fortunately I have a gmail account that I was able to contact some people on, the rest, well lets just hope there was nothing vital today
To be fair I genuinely was pleased I wasn't even being sarcastic or anything but yeah good point I hadn't checked since mid afternoon so maybe I missed it and yet another fair point about long term users, it's my wanadoo account I'm trying to access through webmail.
Seems to be worse than before - yesterday I had one .freeserve account that was still (for some strange reason) working with OE. Now that one is refusing to send messages.
I sent an emailed yesterday - received a reply today saying they were aware of the problem and were working on it. Seems to me as if someone keeps tripping over the wire and pulling the plug out.
Still, the good news is, I managed to receive an email asking if I would like to join a customer panel to suggest ways to make mine and other customers Orange experience more enjoyable ...
Had a problem yesterday Can't send Receive emails so looked at my settings changed them 34 times! And find out its not my problem? Looks like Orange/freeserve/wanadoo has the problem.
It worked again last night & today until 3ish & what a surprise its the same problems back again. I also work for home and this is not a joke I had to phone a bloke in the states because i couldn't email him.
Should i send a 40min phone call to the USA to Orange to pay?
