<Livebox Issues? ~ Livebox is connected, but I can't access anything?

Logging into member centre on Orange's home page, should tell you what package you are on.
Erm I do not have the NTE5 socket, think I just got a normal one.
I don't think I got an Orange member account login in Just the broadband name and password. I typed this in and it said it was not recognised...I do not remember creating a login or so? Is there any other way I can find out what package I am?
