for the last week i have been having big problems logging into Orange i get error 721/691/718 the most common being incorrect user name/password
at times it has taken 3.5 hours to log into Orange- thats leaving it continuosly logging in
i have 3pcs/1 laptop using 3 different modems so it cant be a faulty modem i cant set up the router i have because i need to log in to set it up
i have spoken to technical but they are a waste of time and im now in the hands of special technical apparently but as they go home early i cant talk to them at the moment
is any one else having this problem? according to them its an issue they are working on
4 months ago i reduced my paments to their lowest package so am stuck for 8 months unless i can get out of the contract some how
