Default PIN codes are 1111, however you have most likely set your own up and unfortunately we wouldn't have access to this. If the phone is asking for a PUK code (after 3 incorrect attempts at the PIN), CS should be able to provide this. If the PUK code has been blocked it may require a replacement SIM. Again CS should be able to assist.
Default Security Codes are usually 12345, however it may be best to contact CS, so they can check the exact code requested and advise accordingly.
