I have been monitoring comments on this site for the last week with interest, having had problems accessing Itunes, BT and other sites, as have other users of this site. I tried the process of disabling the security on the Livebox and then reinstating it again, but that did not work for me. I tried to ring Orange on Thursday night and met a recorded message saying they were aware of these 'access' problems and were working hard to rectify them. Whilst on-line last night, I just thought I'd try Itunes and hey presto, I got in. I also got in to all other sites that I previously couldn't. Seems Orange have at last rectified this problem.
Great.. now that you are back online, why come to this site and rant about Orange?
