Got the lead through today and done all the tests again, but nothing changed. Am guessing what you have said is correct and that I have been set at a limit of 1MB which is frankly annoying.
Will ring Orange on Monday and see what they have to say.

Had a few issues with Orange the last few days. Completely lost connection on Tuesday and have only just got the connection back.
After several conversations with Orange they have said that we are on a 1MB profile and that we are unable to push it up to the 2MB profile because our line cannot handle it. Although I find this funny considering the next door neighbour has a 2MB profile themselves.
