for 2 months Orange have been taking money from my account even though i have returned their modem and changed to another isp
i have informed them by email but i makes no difference
how do i get them to stop taking my money, and give me my money back?
by the way getting away from Orange has cured all my slow speed and interupded service i got from these second rate com mem
