I think the BT test went awry. Speedtest.net consistently reports slightly +/- the following:

Yes I realised that.....BT haven't yet got fibre to the NTE5 !

Keep trying it....I'm guessing that the problem is affecting how the speedtester is reading your connection.....the 64kbps upstream connection rate is obviously another duff reading.

So you can't really say that any of the speedtester data that you posted is reliable.

The Speedtest.net data is just not enough to diagnose the problem.
