Hello there guys. We have been getting disconneted from are broadband for the last 3 weeks.
We have phone Orange but they just done a stupid line check and as normal no sucess.
We phoned BT and they installed a new line but then it got worse and we lost are connection for 4 DAYS. So BT came round and said they will put a cable down a man hole and fix it. But we are wondering if any of you guys have got any ides.
Also all your problems have not hit are area yet ( south east)

So Orange is just rubbish

Orange just lie when you ring them, I had lost connection for 2 weeks and endless excuses - line fault etc.

When I moved to Idnet who are absolutely fantastic there was no line fault at all showing up.

Leave Orange ASAP
