I know I only joined yesterday, and expel me if you will, but it seems to me we have a site where folks maybe convey their b***h and move on.
Seems to me that the site is spread so wide (in categories) and therefore very thin on action.
My 2cents worth, but where is everybody???
Go on hit me, flame me, prove you actually are there and give a damn about problems with Orange....
I joined Orange in the first week in April 1994. To give them their due they were the first DIGITAL mobile phone service company, in fact when I got my new brick (well it was smaller than what was on offer from other ANALOG providers).
However when I got my new baby home I got no signal....It should have said Orange on the screen but it stubbornly showed Hutchison!
Well, embryonic Orange actually installed a mast exactly where I suggested they should and it was powered by a gasoline generator...so after a few months of joining I got an Orange signal at home (remember digital in about June 1994 in Hampshire at the A303 / A34 junction near Sutton Scotney).
However a few months later the signal disappeared....Orange support informed me that someone had syphoned off all the gasoline hence the lack of service....fairy snuff....we then got lecky and all was great.....
To cut a long story short...Hutchison/Whampoa sold out the business!
And since then whether France Telecom or what it has gone down the big pan in the Sky...
Funny that the 3 Network was created by Hutchison/Whampoa No?
I think, like me, many of the regular posters of old on this forum, have finally given up on HORRANGE and gone elsewhere

Even though I'm on 02 now (fantastic service btw), I still lurk on here. I guess it's just pity really for others who are stuck with Orange and their sh*t service.
