If i send a email from the Orange webmail site, the return address is member@XXXXX.fsnet.co.uk, if I send from outlook it's fine - anyone else found this or know a way around it - the problem is when people reply to emails from the web based system outlook then doesnot pick them up?
In Outlook you've probably put your account name in as your email address so it then only puts up emails addressed to that specific address. just remove the "name@" part off the front and you should then get everything for that account.
