Just to share this with everyone.

Don't pay to upgrade from 512 to 2Mb.

I've just upgraded and the £20 fee was waivered because I told them I wasn't happy with their service.

I was paying £17.99 for 512 2GB cap service.

The starter package for new customers is £14.99 upto 1MB & 2GB cap.
So I was paying £3 more for a slower connection.
They have ripped me off for many months. They don't even offer a 512 package anymore.

So Don't pay, give them hell, threaten to leave.
