Whatever Livebox you have you need to do a factory re-set or another term used is hard re-set.
This forces the config back to it's default setting which ensures the router forgets any personal userid+password (but also all the personal config that you have created) so that the default can be used to start all over again.
So go on the Orange web site and find your particular model and search there for the correct procedure for that model.
I don't use a Livebox butt most routers have a hole in the back where you can insert a straightened paperclip or similar, press in for about 10 seconds then release.
