Got an email from Orange after waiting nearly a week:-
"Thank you for your email.
I?m sorry to learn that you?re experiencing delays in receiving your
emails to your email client.
We?re aware that a number of our customers are currently affected by
delays in receiving their emails and we?re working to resolve this as
quickly as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience
this matter may cause.
We regret that unfortunately, we don?t have a timescale as to when this
issue will be resolved therefore, we suggest that you don?t contact us
back within the next week for an update. We thank you for your patience
whilst we?re working towards a resolution."
