Is it not a job requirement for Orange staff to be unable to read their records and to tell lies about what is happening?
My experience suggests that only liars need apply for Orange jobs as I have been unable to get any suitable responses to e-mails or in many cases to telephone calls.
Yesterday I was even told to change the radio channel on a wired connection! The conversation went down hill from there. I wonder why?
I see that while POP access is working once more, Webmail access which I normally use to clear out the junk from the servers will not accept a log in AGAIN. The problem has been ongoing since last night, but technical skills appear to be in short supply.
I wonder are Orange running out of money and in danger of going bust?
