Since Sunday 6th September I have been unable to access internet. Router is hard wired to house PC and we have had successful access from wi devices (laptops etc) both family and visitors since installation (1-2 years).
Contacted Orange Tech (India) each evening for 40 minutes plus, after same checks reconfigs each time I am told there is a line problem and the Engineers are still working on it, we will confirm in next 24 hours. text yesterday am saying call them when at my PC. Left work early - they denied sending a text! same 40 minute scenario - same answer. HELP! is there anywhere in UK with Customer Support?
